Beautiful sound. I am hearing music that I had not heard before. Noise canceling is wonderful and the ability to change it is such a great feature.

I bought them several weeks ago. Love how they fit and the sound is very good and tight with great base. The outside sound reduction is outstanding! Love my Great Buds from Bose!!

Bose QC Earbuds II Don't Dissapoint!

These are my first earbuds in a long time, I've been using Bose QC 35's which are great, but are bulky at times. After see that Bose came out with a second generation of the QC earbuds, I thought I'd give them a try. As you'd expect from Bose, the sound quality is top notch and the noise-cancelling is really outstanding for such small buds. I was very pleased with the comfort and fit, they never felt like they were going to fall out. Even if you jump or run around, they feel secure. That was one of my biggest issues in wear earbuds in the past, they always felt like they'd fall out.
I was a little disappoint in the lack of control information. I had to search on the Bose site to find a support page that explained all the touch gestures used with the earbuds. There's no guide or documentation included explain those touch controls. The new Bose Music app doesn't offer explanations either. Beyond that issue, the only other improvement I could think of would be wireless charging ability for the case and the ability to locate your buds with playing a sound.
Overall, these earbuds are great for everyday use, exercise, etc. They offer the Bose quality sound and noise-cancelling you can get in their larger headphones in a small very comfortable earbud.

Bose Never Disappoints

I have tried several brands of earbuds over the years. All had their pluses and minuses and Bose had been on my wish list for some time. I finally had the chance to try the Bose QuietComfort II earbuds, and they live up to the Bose reputation for quality sound, and then some. The noise cancellation, always a Bose selling point, is excellent, both during music playback and during calls. The multiple earpieces allowed me to find a comfortable fit for the long listening sessions allowed by the extended battery life. The app is a plus. It’s easy to navigate and helps to extend the listening experience by personalizing the noise cancellation and sound to your taste. They charge relatively quickly, but I would have liked to see a wireless charging option similar to other premium earbuds. Bose has always been a luxury brand, but the quality justifies the higher price compared to other brands. Highly recommended.

Doesn’t work right

Great Sound & Fit

I replaced my QuietComfort Earbuds. The new QuietComfort II Earbuds sound great! Also like the new ear fit design, better fit, comfortable and smaller. Setup was easy and works perfectly.

MASSIVE CONNECTION PROBLEMS

I have a pair of Bose headphones that I have enjoyed and connect flawlessly , so I was very surprised when the Quite Comfort II earbuds failed to connect. The first time using them only one earbud connected. I updated the firmware for both the earbuds and carrying case to see if this would improve connectivity. To date, the earbuds have connected fully only one time. Every other time using them I have to clear the connection and reconnect, but even this works only 50% of the time. I am really shocked that Bose would put a product on market that works so poorly and priced at such a premium. There are products that work better for 25% of the cost of the Quite Comfort II. Obviously, I am returning them.
