Best in class noise cancelation!

I bought these 2 weeks ago. The good; the noise cancelation is not only the best as far earbuds go, they rival some of the best over the ear headphones! They are that good. The new ear fit system is a huge upgrade over the previous wing tip system of the 1st generation of the Bose QC earbuds. The stability bands are a game changer regarding fit. They are easily the most comfortable earbuds I've ever put in my ears. The case is now truly pocketable. The earbuds themselves have also been dramatically reduced in size. The touch controls are responsive and work extremely well.The audio and call quality are outstanding.
The bad: While the case has been greatly improved in size, but the case has the look and feel of cheap plastic. Speaking of the case, there is no wireless charging. For a premium set of earbuds at this price, that is unacceptable.
The earbuds are not independent. In other words, one can't put the left earbud only as the right earbud is the master and the right earbud is the slave.
There is no multpoint option for the earbuds to connect to 2 devices at the same time.
Suggestions for issues :
Bose should make a wireless case upgrade and offer existing customers a exchange offer from the original non wireless charging case.

The Bose earbuds are built with a Qualcomm chip which is capable of getting a firmware upgrade to address the issues of no multpoint or independent control of the earbuds. Let's get that firmware update to address those issues!
Conclusion: These are an outstanding pair of earbuds. There are issues that I mentioned above but they can be fixed that would make these earbuds on a level that no Bose competitor would be able to compete with.

Bose has done it again

I have not been able to find a single flaw within these earbuds. The battery is long lasting and the sound quality is great. They are easy to carry, easy to manage, and they stay out at all times. I love them and I would purchase them again.

Great Earbuds and great sound

The Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II are great and easy to use. I have never had them die on me yet and I use them a lot for work meetings. In between meetings I just put them in the case to charge quickly. I haven't had any problems with connectivity with devices. To switch between my phone and my computer is pretty easy. I just have to go under Bluetooth and connect to the Bose earbuds. I don't have to disconnect and reconnect to a different device. The noise canceling is great for when I am in meeting. When in meetings there is no extra noise around me.

Overall Excellent, can improve battery life

To be fair, I can use these a LOT during a day, as I use music as a way to keep my focus during tasks requiring prolonged concentration. Sound quality, as expected from Bose, is top-notch. Ear fit and stability is excellent (I also wear them during exercise). My only recommendation is that, if you wear them as much as I do, switch them into "Aware" mode (Noise cancelling off) unless you really need it on. This seems to significantly prolong battery life between charges.

Awesome Next Gen Earbud!

I bought these when they were announced. I was worried that the new ear tip design wouldn't seal my ears very well (I really loved the QC earbuds 1st gen and i was a big fan of the ear tip design). To my surprise, these eartips are awesome, the ANC is awesome, the sound is awesome. I'm a huge fan. The best thing about these new QC2 earbuds is that when I use them on my daily walks I no longer hear the thuds of my footsteps (which was my gripe with the QC1 earbuds). I love these! Well done Bose!

Great for music but not if u get a call

I was hoping that I could use this for my numerous video conference calls but NO ONE CAN HEAR ME. Things are great for music but are horrid for the main purpose of a phone.

The phone and the headset each have the ability to mute a call. Also ensure the microphone hole on the edge of the right earbud isn't blocked. If the stability band is not aligned properly on the earbuds, it could block the microphone and cause poor mic performance and/or feedback. Best Noise Cancelling in the Market

I was reluctant at first to buy the QC 2 earbuds because I had the Bose sport earbuds for working out and the NC 700s for flying and everything else. After buying these, I sold my other two earbuds/headphones. The Noise cancelling is somehow better than the NC700s and the sound quality is amazing. I have no problems working out or running with these earbuds, they stay snug in my ears. The earbuds do an amazing job blocking out people talking right next to you. Only thing I wish they had was wireless charging in the case.

Great sound but .....

I received this item a little over 2 weeks. The Bose is typical in great sound but the other party, while on a call, complains about hearing all the sound around me. They have a terrible time hearing me.
