Excellent earbuds

The earbuds are excellent quality with amazing sound, even compared to my Bose headphones. My issue is with the difficulty I experienced attempting to learn how to use all of the features. It seems counterintuitive to have to go to u tube video to get information. I did attempt chat on Bose site but it was non productive.

No good

Can't hear well, constantly loses connection between one speaker and the other, phone calls can't be heard.

Problem With Fit and Comfort

I have problems with the fit and comfort. I tried all sizes of ear tips and stabilization bands. In my left ear the earbud was constantly falling out with the largest size. I bought size XL and the stabilization band 4 helps it stay secure. In my right ear the earbuds fall out with stabilization band size 2, but sizes 3 and 4 cause me to feel discomfort or pain in my ear. Bose needs to improve the fit, stability and comfort and include more sizes like 2.5 and 3.5 to improve the fit and comfort.
Also, the app doesn't work sometimes and is stuck connecting and can't connect to the earbuds, then shows an error message.

Great sound quality

Great sound quality and nice features. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is it can be finnicky to transfer pairing between devices, particularly when you don't have internet access (which reduces the functionality of the app) such as on an airplane. Usually if you mess with it for a while it gets there eventually though so not a huge deal.

These are by far the earbuds that I have ever owned. I have had a hard with keeping earbuds in my ear before but these are perfect and secure. The sound is like a movie theater
