Bluetooth drops out constantly, headphones will not stay connected to phone. Have to delete Bose app and reinstall every few days to get Bluetooth connection back.

Fantastic Earbuds!

I’ve been using these earbuds daily for three hours a day over the past two weeks. I’ve only charged the case with the buds in it once. They have lasted for many hours on one charge and the case quickly gets them back to full charge.
The earbuds fit me well out of the box, but there are high quality adjustable bands and nodes. They are terrific at blocking out the outside world in public transit, but the aware mode is useful for times you want to be able to hear what is going on around you like when I’m riding my bike after getting off public transit.
Overall, these earbuds offer great value as well as features and the sound quality is what you would expect from Bose. Compared to my Apple and Beats, these are much better and the call quality is superb in comparison.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves them. The clarity and the balanced sound are amazing. She can ignore her coworkers even more now

Not a good product

The left ear bud has alot of static and crackling. Only had a few months. I have only used a few times and seems like they are not quality.

I called them "MagicBud". As soon as you turn on the quiet mode, the background noise magically disappears.
