No audio/not charging

Bluetooth connects app will not connect. Bose support is worthless. Sound quality is good when the ear bus work. Earbuds will not charge.

Failed after a week of using

The left earbub developed static noise after using for a week. The static noise increased with use to the point I can’t stand it anymore. I had many Bose products with good reliability but this one is disappointing.

The noise cancelling is fantastic! Sometimes the ear buds lose reception (it's like they phase out of noise cancelling, but auto-corrects itself)

Amazing earbuds!

I've had then for a bit now and I use them everyday. These are the best earbuds I've ever tried, they are very comfortable and hours of use. I usually can only wear wireless earbuds for an hour or 2 before the start to really hurt. I can wear both of these until the battery runs out with no problem at all. I love the sound and seal these have as well, it makes all of my music so much more enjoyable to listen to. Their noise cancelling is the best in the game by far in my opinion, and their ambience awareness mode is top notch as well. The only thing I may have to say is I wish there was a way to turn off the Active Sense technology completely because, while it works very well, I do work in a very loud environment and the active sense tries very hard to cancel out the loud sounds even when on aware and it turned off in the app. I can get used to it but I feel like it would be just a bit better if I could turn in all the way off when I want to. Other than that these are the best wireless earbuds I have ever used and will definitely recommend them to others!

I received the QuietComfort earbuds II about a week ago. They have very good sound quality. However, I have an issue with the earbuds staying in my ears. That is, they tend to fall out unexpectedly. I did use the smaller size rubber push in sleeve, but the results are the same. I don't feel comfortable wearing them out in the community in fear of losing one of them. I am still trying to make this product work for me.

TOTALLY NOISE CANCELING!

I recently received my REPLACEMENT Bose QuietComfort II Earbuds!! Loved the first pair and they have a 100% noise cancellation feature which was perfect since I have a neighbor who lives around the corner and when they have frequent parties they don’t no when to cut the music such playing music in their backyard at 11PM!!!🤨. These fabulous BUDS 100% blocked out their circus music—woohoo!🤩. The problem was that the first pair would no longer connect to my iPhone 13 Pro and Apple TV HD. Even the very sweet and capable Tech Support woman could not get them to connect either. She did her part and I did mine and I got my replacements fast! One complaint, make getting the updates more efficient! Your website made it difficult for my 2015 Mac to download to update

These earbuds are AMAZING!!! The bass is unbelievable and the noise cancelling is incredible! I absolutely love these!
