I have had my QuietComfort Earbuds II for about two weeks and used them nearly every day. In my experience they work as advertised and I am very happy with the quality and features, all of which work flawlessly. I use them primarily with an iPhone.

I bought these several weeks ago and I am very pleased with my choice. I debated Apple vs Bose and went with Bose because of the ear fit and the noise cancelling. Wow again! Wonderful music sounds, great noise cancelling, and great on the phone. My only suggestion is to tell users to push the earbuds into the case to make the connection there.

Not user friendly

Was a gift from my husband. Was excited the fit was amazing! BUT they will NOT stay connected to my iPhone! I’ve been trying use them for a week now & they just will NOT stay connected. I’ve disconnected & reconnect, downloaded the app installed & reinstalled NOTHING works. Super disappointed again. I previously had bought the bise earbuds but didn’t fit my ears or yet wouldn’t stay in.

I feel like the most current has less features

First the pros. I love the noise cancellation feature and the sound quality. Super fast charging. The ugly, they connect while in the case and some times in the midst of a call, while charging in the case. The control are limited on the headphones . The size is too small for my liking. They sometimes disconnect while in ear with the phone in my hand. I like the slate gray ones that I had before this version.

It's really great to hear that you're enjoying the noise cancellation, sound quality, and charging speed. I'm sorry that you've been facing some connection issues. This shouldn't be happening and we'd love to help resolve these.

It sounds like your earbuds may not be making a clean connection within the charging case. Please check to ensure there is no dirt/debris blocking the connectors on the earbuds and inside the case. Another thing to consider is if the stability bands are fitted correctly. Incorrect alignment of the bands can block the earbuds from making this connection.
