I had the QC1’s which I really loved. Best sounding wireless earbuds I owned but wanted the QC2 for the smaller size. They are quite a bit smaller which is great but to my surprise the sound quality and noise isolation are even better. No doubt the best sounding earbuds.

I bought these to replace my airpods. I take 4 to 6 flights a week. While wearing my airpods I could always still hear the noise of the planes engine. With my new Bose ear buds, all I hear is my music, crystal clear! Worth the money!

POOR BLUETOOTH CONECTIVITY

I have purchased all models of BOSE bluetooth earbuds over the years and so far I am not happy with the performance of these earbuds. I wear them for hours as I ride my bicycle and my complain is that the connection keeps on getting lost most of the times when I turn my head. I have tried it on different phones and I get the same issue. I have tried resetting the earbuds and have not been able to fix this issue. 1st pair of BOSE QUIET COMFORT II earbuds had this Issue and got a replacement and still same issue.

Hi, I am glad to hear you are a big fan of Bose and own many of our products. I am surprised to hear that your earbuds during bicycle rides. You mentioned you have had this happen with multiple pairs of this model. I am certain that setting up the bose music app and updating the earbuds will allow the connection to stay stable whilst on the move: https://bose.life/3HrlLo1
If you still find this is happening, I recommend making sure the fit is secure as noise leakage can overwhelm the microphone used for noise cancelling and lead to the earbuds briefly dropping connection: https://bose.life/3VnXhBZ

Hi, I am glad to hear that you love the sound of the earbuds. It is surprising that your earbuds are disconnecting. I would recommend setting up the bose music app which is a great way to get notifications as soon as updates are avaliable! https://bose.life/3AJum1B

I was holding on for dear life to my QC20 headphones but the battery finally lost its charge capacity. I really didn't want to go wireless but after trying these out it's clear the concern over battery, fit, sound quality, and secure fit was unfounded. These have unbelievably rich, audiophile quality sound for being wireless buds. They setup / pair easily, but I notice there are quirky delays and behavior between the Bose app and the buds at times. The app also does not have a find-me feature to send out a beacon sound if you lose one, nor can they be located. I will say they support adapters that convert 3.5mm headphone jacks to BT pretty well, I chose the AirFly Pro and it works flawlessly on flights. Overall, these are a sound investment and departure from the former QC20 corded plugs. I am a believer. Just wish the buggy app and find-me feature were solved.

This review is my opinion comparing Bose QC earbuds vs Bose QC2 earbuds. Battery life-same Charging case- hinge on lid feels like it would break off easier. A little tougher to remove buds from case. Fit- bands and tips vs wings I prefer the wings and old tips I felt like I got a tighter fit although they still stay in place very well. ANC is remarkable! A great step up! Touch control- too many taps to perform command. Sometimes although you’re making great contact with your finger it will not recognize and perform a different command, (with current update.) Accessibility- Now you have a choice of left or right ear only and full touch controls for each which is a big bonus for me. Sound quality- the quality you would expect from Bose! However, the punch of the bass isn’t as hard as the QC but still sounds amazing and the kids and highs are right in the money. I listen to these everyday at work and they never fall out. Overall I prefer the QC over the QC2, BUT the QC2 are nothing to shake a stick at. I’m still very happy with my QC2 and will ALWAYS have faith and trust in Bose earbuds to help me through every workday!
