After reviewing several models on-line, I chose the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II.
Very satisfied with the touch features, fidelity, and noise cancelling ability. For many noisy activities I perform with the likes of snow blowing, vacuuming, etc, I no longer have to wear headphones over the earbuds to cancel out noise.

Bose Earbuds Have Reached New Levels of Excellence

I've been wearing Bose headsets for probably 15 years, and this is the first time I've ever been able to say there's not a thing I'd change about them. I've gone through all iterations of their wired buds, which always left me feeling too tethered. Then came their wireless buds, which didn't have the noise canceling quality I expected, and introduced audio lag from bluetooth sources. Finally the QuietComfort Earbuds II come in with even better in-ear fit, incredible sound quality, Bose-tier noise cancelling, and incredibly impressive battery life. There's not a single aspect of these buds that were left unimproved from prior versions. I had the great fortune of receiving these right before a cross-country flight, and not only did I have a highly enjoyable audio experience, but they lasted the entire duration of my 6 hour flight without needing to put them back in the case for a charge. I've yet to match that with any other brand, and I've tried many that market equivalent features. Bose has knocked it out of the park, and IMO these are worth the high price tag, without question. *I received this at discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. The opinions here are my own honest views of a stellar product.

The best yet

I enjoyed the QC Buds since they were first sold, but the Buds II are certainly a great improvement. The sound is very good with deeper base. The fit is improved as well, where the Bids II can be worn all day without distress. In-ear fitment is not only improved but the fit is acoustically tested through the software which greatly improved the noise cancellation. The ability to turn off the in-ear detection helps stabilize the system when in situations requiring the use of one, single bud due to heightened need for awareness, such as waiting in line for our name to be called. (never drive with ear buds) I miss not being able to charge wirelessly, but I think that it is a good tradeoff for reduction is the size of the case. Guys carry the case in the front pants pocket and the QC Bud case was a bit too big. This is the best set of ear buds I have ever owned. One software improvement suggestion: when using one ear bud, I would like to keep the other bud in the case so that it would be better protected and kept clean. Dropping the other bud in the case causes a disconnect.

Great Quality Sound

I bough them two weeks ago and this are the best earbuds I ever have!!!
Quality , sound , fit , almost everything !!
That one thing they need to improve is to be able to use the left earbud by itself as well ( for left handed people like myself)… but besides that they are awesome!!

You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!

Couldn't be happier. My other earbuds would come loose sometimes, especially when I got really intense in the gym. I still loved them, but these new smaller earbuds are hands down top of there class. If you are tempted but not sure if you want to spend the money, DO IT! I promise you won't be disappointed! Great Job Bose!
