Bought these to replace a pair of broken airpods, these Quietcomfort II’s are absolutely phenomenal! The noise cancellation, the sound are second to none!

I bought this product assuming it would support noise cancellations during phone calls, but really it is not. after that realised it is mostly used for listening to music. I am not a big-time user of listening to music with these earphones. Very disappointing.

We reached out to your directly to let you know that noise cancellation can be used during calls. To recap, When you receive a call, the earbuds remain in the current noise cancelling mode and Self Voice is activated. Self Voice helps you hear yourself speak more naturally. To adjust the noise cancelling mode while on a call, touch and hold an earbud. (Please note that Auto Transparency is disabled while on a call) To adjust Self Voice, use the Bose Music app. You can access this option from the Settings menu.

I expected better quality…

I previously purchased the Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds and absolutely loved them. I prefer a smaller earbud. So when the QC II earbuds came out, I bought them. I continue to hear static intermittently. It’s gotten very irritating. I never had these problems with the first series of QC earbuds. I’ve tried to disconnect and reset the QC II earbuds but it doesn’t help.

Typical Bose quality but not sure they are better

I've had the original Earbuds since they were introduced. I also use the Bose A20 aviation headset. Both products are the gold standard for noise cancellation. On a recent trip, I discovered that I had forgotten my Earbuds. Bought the Earbuds II at the airport. They are smaller and thus a little harder to handle. As an example, they are a bit difficult to retrieve from the case. Also, getting the fit right now involves trying two different pieces per earbud. The original Earbuds allowed for a perfect fit with fewer parts. All that said, the new Earbuds are just as good as the original.

They don't fall out!

As a devoted Apple enthusiast, I own three different editions of AirPods, but unfortunately, they all tend to slip out of my ears. However, I must admit that the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2 have been the most impressive earbuds I have ever experienced.

Amazing sound quality

I recently damaged my hearing while at an indoor shooting range without adequate hearing protection. It ruined my ability to enjoy music until I bought these ear buds. The equalizer function allowed me to adjust the response and get the true sound back. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

Easy to set up. No connectivity issues. The charging case lasts a ridiculous amount of time between charges. The sound is INCREDIBLE. LOVE my Bose.
