Great brand but

This is my second time returning a product. I can’t get my ear buds to pair with my phone. When I place the ear buds in my ear, i don’t even hear the sound that it’s connected. I’m happy that i have warranty and the process is easy to return

Great sound!

Wonderful sound! The app works great. The only suggestion I have is to add a lock function to the app. Every time I wipe sweat off my head during a workout, I end up changing the volume, track, mode, etc.

Bose quiet comfort

I bought these two weeks ago. Sound is excellent. I have been able to ride on my riding lawnmower and it knocks out about 90% of the sound very controlled feeling. The only downside is sometimes they don’t connect to my iPhone easily

Great feature, style and size!

I had the older version and one of them stopped working. They were out of warranty but they still have me a courtesy replacement (which I’m so great full for). They didn’t have the same older ones, so they sent the newer ones. They are 1000% better. Much better design, size, sound quality and control. I will forever be a Bose customer. They are one of the VERY few companies in business today, that still actually care for their customers. Thanks so greatcul for the entire company

The fit isn’t as great and features so so!

My QuietComfort 1 fits better and the features work so much better. The only great thing about QuietComfort 2 is the look and size. Everything else is not to the standard of Bose quality.

Horrible Fit

The Ear Buds popped in the ear, and the noise hurt the ear. The fit is awful. This was my 3rd generation of Earbuds, by far the worst fit.

Quality in everything Bose Does

I bought these to replace my first gen QuietComfort Earbids. You wouldn’t think a few grams would make such a difference in an already comfortable product ], but it does. They are so much more comfortable I forget I’m wearing them. I fell asleep with them in listening to my music. I was amazed, I loved my 1st gens and thought I might regret replacing them but I don’t! So ‘thank you! They are so much easier to use as well.

Great sound. Erratic charging

Best sounding ear buds hands down. I’ve owned the previous model but decided to upgrade. Returned the first pair. Often one or both buds wouldn’t charge to 100%. I’m having the same issue with my new ones too.
