Great Noise Canceling, bad Microphone

Great adaptive noise cancelling, even better than the Quietcomfort 35 over the ear headphones, however the microphone is horrible in comparison. I am an electrical engineer, so I spend a lot of time in loud environments such as packaging machinery, airports and the gym. I called Bose tech support from the Gym to see if there were some ideas he could help me with, and the guy on the phone couldn’t understand me unless i turned off the earbuds, because there was so much noise. I have tried adjusting things on the Bose app but I don’t think it helped enough and I have checked for latest updates as well. The other issue is when I am at my desk, I want to be connected to my laptop and my cell at the same time, like I do with the QC35’s, not only does it not work , I have to uninstall the headphones from the laptop, otherwise the headphones connect and disconnect every few seconds.

I am so impressed with the quality of this product. My music comes so clear. This is much better than the sport earbuds. And the flexibility of going from aware to quiet it is excellent. This is why I always do business with those.

Uncomfortable

I have several Bose products and I've always been impressed with the sound quality. The same pertains to this product. However, for some reason they are very uncomfortable in my ears. I submitted a request for a refund a few weeks ago and have yet to receive the package to send them back.

Small ears

I bought these because I have small ears and the only one's that fit happen to be the Bose ones. I didn't have to put one of those little things around my ears to make them fit, they were just right.

The battery life is great, they stay in your ears and don't fall out easily, the sound quality is very good and the noise canceling feature is amazing. Buy the the silicone protective case as well if you can.

I've had a few weeks now to wear and use these earbuds and I'm very happy with both the fit and the sound deadening.
The music comes through clearly even in a noisy place.
