I bought these a few weeks ago. Unbelievable product. Bose has outdone themselves. Definitely an upgrade from previous version. Much more comfortable. Sound is better also.

I know that Bose equipment is good but

I never have used Bose previously and the item I bought is not easy to use. I see that it have hard time connecting when I use only a left ear bud. After I connect them, they disconnect when I switch between apps. And I can sense some noise even when there is no music playing. I felt hard to get them out of charging case and putting them back in.

I understand that they've been difficult to use as you've had trouble with the connection. I've got great news for you as our new firmware update for the earbuds allows you to use either earbud independently for music and phones. A benefit of this new feature is that they will also switch which one is the primary and secondary earbud to ensure they maintain the strongest connection to you devices. Make sure you get them updated through the Bose Music app, and follow the app instructions to update them.
The noise you're hearing when not listening to music could be that you've switched them to aware mode, or you're hearing the noise floor of the electronics inside. Love the Bose QC Earbuds II

I purchased the Bose QC Earbuds II and really enjoyed them. I also own the Apple Pro earbuds and in comparison, feel that the sound is richer on the Bose QCs and the ear fit is more comfortable. I do like the speed of the auto connect the Apple Pros on my iPhone and while it is a "feature delighter", it isn't a game changer. The Bose QCs win this round as far as I am concerned. Thanks!

Wow…loving the smaller updated version! I drive a semi and the noise cancelling works great! I drive 8 hours and needed 2 pair. Using one pair while the other charges.

I am quite happy with the sound of my classical music from my i phone playlist.I do wish that a brief pamphlet containing operating instructions came with the earbuds.

Very comfortable and easy to connect

I bought these a few weeks ago and so far love them. My only complaint is that they don’t come with any kind of instructions you have to get them online that’s why I gave them a 4 star.

Unbelievable noise canceling!

I received these as a gift, and I’m shocked how well they block noise! I never liked earbuds before since so many don’t stay in my ears well, and they usually don’t block noise, but these are outstanding, and I’m comparing them with my Bose headphones.

This truly are quiet and comfortable with a fantastic sound quality. I use these for my workouts, and they are comfortable, keep outside noise out, and the equalizer feature is out of this world. All of this in a the smallest in-ear Bose headphones yet. Love them!!
