Great improvement from previous generation

I purchased and ended up returning the first generation QC earbuds, because of their size and weight and a thumping sound when running. These QCII earbuds addressed and fixed all those issues, and is meet my expectations from a Bose product. I will definitely be keeping these for years and I just returned my galaxy earbuds.

I really wanted to like these.

I've been a Bose fien since I began investing in headphones. So when I was looking for new noise cancelling headphone set. A problem i usually have is that my ear are small so my earbuds usually don't fit right. So I was looking forward to these earbuds because of the stability band. THE RESULTS: the earbuds fit well. I did not feel like they were going to fall off. BUT I think that due to the super snug fit, the active noise cancelling was a bit too intense for me. After wearing them for like 45 minutes with the noise cancelling I got a horrible headache. My headache lasted about 7 hours. It was awful! So I had to return them. So sad.

So happy that I got a pair of noise canceling quietcomfort earbuds ll !! They stay in my ears and they don’t hurt after wearing them for a long time. I find myself wearing them more and the more I wear them the more I fall in love with them. They do what say they will do.

These are excellent! I bought the original Quiet Comfort ear buds, then got my spouse hooked on them, so we decided we needed another pair, and got the new model. I can’t say enough great things about these! They sync easily, they are beyond comfortable, I can wear them for hours without them hurting, they stay in while running, and the battery lasts a good amount of time, and charge up quickly. The sound quality is great, phone calls are crystal clear, and the size is perfect, and the noise cancelling is the best! The only thing I wish is that the new model had the same “touch controls” as the originals. I have told everyone about these!
