Great music, but not for phone.

The sound of these are awesome when it comes to music. I was told with these you could use either ear for a phone call, but you cant.

Thank you for reaching out to us. As great as your QuietComfort® Earbuds II sound together, we know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

Big improvement from previous version

I had the previous version of these earbuds. They were great with sound, but the noise cancellation was just ok/acceptable. They also never really fit snugly until I bought the extra small ear tips. I thought that might be an issue with the new version, but it’s not. The small ear tips are perfect. The noise cancellation is amazing! The options and controls are fantastic too! Plus they are smaller than the previous version, so they aren’t as noticeable. Sleek design, great fit, amazing noise cancellation, and of course phenomenal Bose quality sound!

Great sound

I just recently received my Bose QC2 and I’m loving them so far. The only gripe I have is you can’t use the earbuds independently.

The earbuds slip out of the ear and tried all silicone ear piece... The old design stayed in better.... sound good though

Best earbuds I tried, I had B&O, but these blow them out of the water.
Incredible sound and noise cancellation.
A must have if you enjoy music at a superior sound experience.

Almost perfect

I bought them as soon as they came out. I was exited. Then I found out it had no wireless charging, and no single ear bud use. After the microphone when on a call people hear me far away.

I bought this when it came out, and it won't charge at all. I plug it in the c charger and no charge.
