Great functionality

I purchased and received my set approx 3 weeks ago. Work great. I use them at the gym, hard core hip hop. Great bass, treble is good and even sound. Loud, and appear louder with the noise cancellation. Then I use them at lunch - quiet time. I created a RELAX Mode in the customization settings (you can have up to 4 modes). This allows me to have noise cancellation, more than the aware mode, but I can still be alerted if I need to get back to work, so less than total noise cancellation. Lastly, at night, classical music time or jazz, sound is good and clean. I sense at times, the plugs bother my ears, so I may be changing to middle size for the earbuds to see if that is more comfortable.
Overall, highly recommend.

Only issue is that when used at speed, like cycling, the wind noise that is created makes these near pointless. Otherwise the sound is excellent, the noise cancellation is best in class. The fit is good for a few hours. Longer than that they tend to hurt. I’ve gone back to the first edition as these issues don’t exist.

Amazing Sound

Bought these 2 weeks ago, and I absolutely love them. They fit better than most earbuds that I’ve tried, and are very comfortable. The noise canceling is next level, and the sound is great. The only negative is that they will loosen while I run, and I worry that they’ll fall out, but I have this issue with all earbuds that I’ve tried. It’s probably my ear shape being the main issue

Sorry that you're facing an issue with the fit of these earbuds. The earbuds will come with 3 different size ear tips and bands. I'd recommend trying these out until you find a comfortable fit. You can then complete the Eartip Fit Test in the Bose Music app to ensure you'll have the best experience. Best earbuds ever

I am very happy with my new Bose QC Earbuds II. They rival the Bose QC 45 headphones in terms of sound quality. Plus they are the most comfortable ANC earbuds I’ve tried. The ANC and Alert modes do their jobs very well. The only complaint I have is often the earbuds lose connection with the Bose Music app and that requires closing the App or fiddling with it. Bose will likely fix this in future updates, but in the meantime the claim that the earbuds automatically connect to the last 7 devices used is not exactly so.

Bose Quite Comfort ll

I reasonably purchased my Bose Quiet Comfort ll ear buds directly from Bose not a retail store. First of all they have outstanding sound and features. I have nearly every Bose ear buds they have made a these are truly the best so far. Now my issue, l pair my ear buds to my wi fi on my computer. Each sets of ear buds connect to the pc and have Bose Connect available so you can set your ear buds to your individual taste. All available on computers up to windows 10. You can not use the Bose ll this way on a computer with windows 11. There is no app for Bose Connect. So you are stuck with the sounds you here with no way to adjust to your personal preference or taste. A big mistake for ear buds at this price. I am extremely disappointed I was not informed of this when connecting to a computer blue tooth running windows I software. A exceptional product which l am disappointed in. Only way out is to buy the Bose 700 head phones and l wanted ear buds or I would have. Please don’t misunderstand, l believe your product is excellent l just wish l was told about this major issue before l purchased. Some buyers will be happy others will not.
