Whenever I get earbuds I always need to have noise cancellation, amazing sound quality and deep bass. The QC II earbuds have all 3. The sound quality is the same level as the AirPods Pro and probably even better. What makes it better is the Bose music app that you can use to customize your sound experience with the EQ. With this, I was able to increase the bass, being a metalhead it’s super important. And the noise cancellation was superb, even without it activated, the buds provide a solid seal without it being activated. These are significantly better than the previous QC earbuds, in terms of design, and comfort and sound quality.

Superb sound quality. Missing some features.

The noice cancelling is like not others. Superb sound quality. But missing some useful features. Wish you'd bring back wireless charging. Need a better way to switch between devices from the earbuds or case.

Some trouble conn

I find that the QC2 sometimes does not want to connect with my iPhone. I have had to “forget this device” and start the pairing process over to get them to connect. Once they are connected I love them.

Great Earbuds for listening to music and watching a movie, but for talking to someone on the phone they are horrible. People think your in a cave you sound far away and echoing horrible for that I wish they would have been great for that also and I would have been very very happy with them I love Bose.

Didn't think Bose could outdo original Bose quiet comfort. Well, they just broke another barrier. Bose comfort earbud II has more crisp, clear, thunderous quality sound than any earbud on the market.

Big Upgrade in Comfort and size than First Earbuds

I have had these buds for more than two weeks and, in terms of size and comfort, these are much better than the first iteration. I am still working with different sizes that will give me the best noise cancellation. Thus far, the ones that were on when my buds arrived are best for that…although, I still use the originals , these are definitely better. The only problem I had was having the latest update work in the Bose App. I decided to use the Bose Updater on my MacBook where the update downloaded faster.
