I like the design and these earbuds fit perfectly. The sound quality is amazing. I can hear everything in the music I listen to. It has great sound quality for talking on my phone as well as watching movies, TV shows and clips. It charges good and lasts all day.

Great Bose Sound and Comfortable Fit !

Bought the original Bose Quiet comfort, But Bose Quite Comfort II are more superior and every way. Sound, Fit and Size are much improved, wish that they supported multi-point connection, wireless charging and independent ear bud use though.

As great as your QuietComfort® Earbuds II sound together, we know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

Exceptional Comfort

This earbuds are the most comfortable I’ve ever seen. I consider myself and earbudologist. I have a lot of them but these are very very very comfortable. Two issues: no wireless charging and single earbud usage but I’m very satisfied with there purchase.

It’s overall good but I hate the earbuds tips it keep coming out of my ear. I try different size but none of them work.

Almost Perfect

These are almost perfect! Great sound, even better noise cancellation. The new fitting system allows you to get the perfect fit. they are amazingly comfortable. I have the original QC Earbuds, and as much as I liked them, I could only wear them for an hour or so at most before they became too painful. I have worn the new QCII earbuds for 3 hours at time while working in the garage. They never once bothered me. The ANC is the best I've ever experienced. Completely blocks most noise. I've worn them in my woodworking shop while running shop vac and a CNC machine, perfectly blocked the unwanted sounds.
I only have 2 complaints...They are very tricky to get out of the case, I'm not really a fan of the new case design. I do like that it it smaller, but they are much more difficult to get out of the case. The lack of anything to grab on to due to the high sides and no ear loop, and strong magnets means a bit tricker to get out and not drop them. That is my only real complaint. My other minot complaint? The ANC is so good it allows my wife to sneak up on me quite easily and scare the daylights out of me!!

Great Quality Buds

I have always used Bose Quiet Comfort. Love the sound and quality. New phones don't have wired earphone plugs anymore so I needed to get air buds. I did some research and almost go the Samsung ones thinking it would be the appropriate match since they just released a brand new model and had great reviews. However, I saw Bose was coming out with these so I decided to wait a month until they were released and placed a pre order. History repeats itself. If you love Bose in any of their product line, you will LOVE these. Beautiful sound quality, easy auto connect, great battery life and really good pricing. You can use one at a time and once it comes on as soon as you put them in your ear. Same goes when you take them out, they auto turn off. Also, super comfortable. Fits perfectly in my ear. Bose did it again. So happy with my purchase. So much, that now I want to buy the portable speaker they came out with. I tried it last night and it was awesome. Much better then by JBL and a bit better than the Sonos. Bravo

I’ve had them for about 2 weeks. They definitely have become one of my top 5. Just don’t like the fact that the left bud can’t be used independently.
