Great for music and a Bust for calling

I bought this a month ago and I am happy with the sound quality from a music/audiophile stand point. Great lows, mids, and highs. Probably the best noise cancellation on the market.
Music/audiophile: 5 out of 5 stars
But......
For call and audio quality this has to be the worst wireless earbuds I have ever owned. You can hear everything in the background, you could hear a mouse urinate on cotton in the background. That's how bad the call quality is.
For call quality, I would give this a 1 out of 5 stars

Excellent, I have the QC 20 WIRDD SET and it is fantastic. My new phone has no headphone jack so I needed wireless ones.

sound is the best I've heard... BUT, phone calls- no one can hear me, connection to device.... so many times Ive almost smash em on the floor ... but the prize is that high that I'll rather beat someone when I'm angry... so please could you do something with Bluetooth connection ?! I bought them for travel to my work, but instead of listening music I am trying to connect them 30 minutes, restart device, unpair pair again turn on/off Bluetooth... exhausting.. and also ANC - when bus hit hole on the road or something hit whatever around you its doing unpleasuring pop sound with pressure into your ear
