Not working properly when I watch movies. It goes off within 10seconds after having to reset it more than once get annoying

I was looking for an Apple earbud replacement, and these are not them. I’m sure they are a quality product, but from the initial setup, I haven’t liked the way they fit. I tried the different size earpiece’s , none of them fit all that well. I just tried to run with them in and had to take them out or they would have fallen out. Looks like my daughter will be getting a new pair of Bose earbuds tonight
