Good for music, bad for phone calls.

Sound quality listening to music is great. Phone call quality is quite lacking. It's hard to hear the person you are talking to even when all volume control options are all the way up. And people on the other end of the call complain about excessive background noise saying it sounds like I am in a warehouse!

Thanks for your review. The QuietComfort Earbuds II, plus breakthrough Bose Immersive Audio and the addition of Immersive Audio settings for Custom Modes. Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair.
In order to troubleshoot this issue, I will suggest checking your settings in the app to make sure you are in "Quiet" mode not "Aware" mode. In "Aware" mode, external mics on the headset feed outside sounds into the headset and therefore can make other noises or the noise floor seem louder.

I bought this a month ago and I had to return them do to them malfunctioning. Also for the price you are paying they should connect to multiple devices. The sound is pretty good but when talking on the phone they are not so good.
