Have trouble connecting to my phone at times sound quality is great tho and also the noise cancelation but connectivity is not the best

Great fit, size and quality

I had the first version of these earbuds and decided to upgrade. I am so glad I did. These fit SO much better. They are more comfortable and stay in better. I also appreciate the slimmer case as it’s easy to carry in a purse or drop in my pocket. As one would expect the sound quality is outstanding. While I miss the ability to charge via a magnetic charger (I could drop the previous version on my charging pad), the size trade-off makes up for it. Many of the features are the same and all are easy and intuitive to use.

Great but so inconvenient when you have to reconnect everyday and it will not sync up have to spend 15 min reconnecting

They were not what I expected

I bought this almost three months ago, and I prefer my olds Bose QuietComfort® Earbu ones, these are presenting connection issues, sound issues and aren’t comfortable like my old ones.

I am sorry to hear the QuietComfort Earbuds haven't quite met your expectations.
Try clearing the Bluetooth of the earbuds to help with the connection issue you are experiencing.

With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. Wait until the earbuds status light blinks white twice and then slowly blinks blue.
Delete the earbuds from the Bluetooth list on your device. All devices are cleared, and the earbuds are ready to connect

Silence is Golden

I purchased a set of QuietComfort Earbuds II so that I can listen to videos on my phone without disturbing others. When placing them in my ears I get a message of battery life. That is wonderful. The Earbuds also silence any ambient noise in the room giving me quality sound of what I am listening to.

Great device

I've used this for about 6mons:
Pros - noise cancellation the BEST, sound, the BEST, wish the volume would go crazy louder.
Cons: drops Bluetooth connection to my S22 ultra inadvertently quite often, with my Tablet s7+, worse.
