QC Earbuds II

I have been a user of QC Earbuds for 3 years and love them. I was hopeful that the QC Earbuds II would offer improvements but I was totally wrong. I have had numerous problems and had to have them replaced. There are really no new features and unlike the original QC's I have to perform a blue-tooth reconnection to my phone several times a day. Truly disappointing. I am hopeful to return them at the earliest possible time.

• The introduction of CustomTune sound calibration technology to deliver personalized sound and the world’s best noise cancellation
• Significantly improved noise cancellation performance
• A significantly smaller-sized earbud and smaller-sized charging case
• More fit personalization options through separate eartips and stability bands
• Improved natural quality to Aware Mode and the sound of your own voice when on phone calls
• Improved noise rejection for your microphone on phone calls
• A Fit Test in the Bose Music app to check your fit for a gentle seal, so you get the best audio and noise cancellation performance. With the Bluetooth connection issue, usually this is due to the source that needs to be rebooted. Please restart your phone and then test the connection again. Finally, earbuds that don't fall out of my ears

I bought these a few months ago. I have tried numerous in-earbuds. These are the only ones that stay in my ears, al the others fall out, including the Bose Earbuds 1. Have yet to have these fall out. Also, sound is great. I am an avid listener and know the sound I want. Should be able to listen to the music the way the producer created the sound. I hear things I haven't heard before. Very happy. Already recommend to friends.

Improving on fantastic? That will be the new mission for the sound engineering team at Bose to top the quality of their QuietComfort Earbuds ll. This product is the most sophisticated piece of miniaturized audio technology I’ve ever encountered.
The range and balance of sound is outstanding. From the crisp guitar solos I’ve loved for years, to the clarity of masterful jazz pianists, to the soothing and romantic themes of a great saxophone player, the dimensions of sound reproduction from these Earbuds are just amazing. Drums and bass sounds are equally impressive with deep and bold vibes in perfect balance.
The ambient noise cancelling feature with high or low strength allows for either partial or complete immersion into the music.
The touch control features allow me to review a great intro-theme, skip to the next track on my playlist, adjust volume smoothly or pause entirely for a phone call. I quickly adopted a delicate touch as the control function is very sensitive to touch and pressure or perhaps even warmth. The charging case maintains optimum battery levels and slips easily into pocket or purse.
I don’t know how Bose engineering teams achieved this level of comfort and excellence, but then again they do have a reputation and I’ve been a big fan for decades. For me music appreciation is an adventure, and my ears have long known that the best journeys begin with Bose Audio.
My thanks to all the great people who develop such wonderful products that enrich the lives of music lovers the world over.

They won’t even connect. Dozens of Bose products over the years but quality is no longer one of the details that astonish.

Best fit a pair of earbuds can have

The bigger rubber wing you attach the better they'll fit but more uncomfortable. I use the second size option and they never come out, not even during cardio training like high intensity running.

Great fit and stay in place, equals great bass

Excellent sound isolation because of the great fit. They stay in place. Best bass I’ve had in any pod style headphones. I just wish they would auto connect to the last device they were most recently connected to. Like my AppleTV box.
