Case not charging one earbud

I’’m sad to said this but one of the earbud is not charging; this was a Christmas gift for my son. So really is a short time of use. I have one of those and my other son and daughter have his own headphones as well and all of them work fine.i think the problem is the case; because it charge in my head phones case.

Hello and Thanks for your review Raul, I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your earbud charging, We would recommend checking that the stability bands are aligned correctly, as if they are misaligned it could prevent the earbuds from making a solid connection with the charging pins in the case., so Make sure to align the dots on the earbuds and the stability bands.
