Great sound

Sound quality is incredible, however when using to make calls, the microphone picks up a lot of background noise, so much so that the person on the other end cannot hear the person speaking. Needs to be improved on such a high end earbud

This product is amazing unlike the Apple airpods they actually stay in my ear the the spatial awareness works amazingly not only that but the audio is wonderful

Having trouble with phone calls tap hangs up instead of connecting. Case is too slippery, slids out of my fingers

The right ear quit working within the first week. I Sorry I made this purchase. I was super impressed with the sound but I can’t afford $200 disposable earbuds.

Overall, not too impressed. Every time I try to play a voicemail on my My Galaxy Samsung Note 20. They don't pick up the voicemail. I have to press the speaker button on the phone once or twice to get the earbuds to pick up.
