Bad charging

Rubber ring

I bought this a while ago and we’re still having problems with the rubber ring that goes around to help hold it in my ear. The sound is awesome.

Sound is great, still struggling to get fit right. Not crazy about controls, everytime I touch the bud it pauses my music.
