I purchased these for not only excellent sound, but to help my my tinnitus with the noise canceling feature. They have been perfect! Great sound and tinnitus relief.

Good, but....

I bought my QC IIs when they were released. They're very comfortable. The sound is good. Great bass. ANC is the best in the industry. Just a couple negatives with these earbuds for the price.
1 - No wireless charging right out of the box. (Bose did release a wireless charging case cover) 2 - No multipoint connectivity function.
Hopefully the multipoint function will come in a future firmware update.

I bought these for Christmas for my self because my Apple earbuds broke and wanted to give them a try. They don’t pair up to an iPhone very well. If you are answering to music and get a call they won’t just switch they ask but hang up if you say yes. Very weird to say the least. Very hard to get out of case at first. Not sure if I’m keeping them or not. Used them for two 15 mins calls and 30 mins of music and had to charge them on 3rd call cause of low battery that eventually turned off after 5 mins.

It was a Christmas gift, the earbuds are beautiful, they have great sound quality, but the microphone can be heard a lot from the outside, it should pick up more vocal sound, other than that, I'm very happy with them, I hope that there are more improvements, thank you very much for the excellent work, I appreciate it

Could be MUCH better...

Given the price point and brand name, I bought these with high hopes. Unfortunately, these earbuds have been disappointing thus far.
Pros: Excellent noise cancellation Good/Great sound quality Comfortable fit
Cons: Unreliable connectivity Clunky charging case Unpredictable charging: These buds don't charge at all or completely most of time. Often need a bit of repositioning to maintain noise-cancelling while in-ear.
To offer a bit of context to my cons (as I think the 'pros' are self-explanatory), these buds don't pair very well--not even with Bose's own app. Sometimes they are recognized and sometimes they aren't, which is NOT what you want earbuds to do when you are ready for a workout.
I also find the case design awkward at best. I don't like that it only can lay on its side, but that's a minor quibble. More challenging is the fact that it's not particularly easy to remove the buds from the case--and they are not in the correct, ear insertion position when you do. Also, they are a bit of a hassle to reseat in the case. Related to the same, seemingly, is the fact that I've owned these buds for almost 2 weeks now and they have only fully recharged ONE TIME. And I only use them for just under 30 minutes during my cardio workout, 5 times a week, and I replace them in the case after wiping them with my towel post-workout. I also make sure they are seated correctly and that the amber light is lit after inserting each individual bud. YET, they don't predictably charge. I've removed them from the charging case after 24 hours of charging in a fully charged case, and they have 10% and 20% charge. This happened more than once. Sometimes they are 50% charged. Sometimes 80% charged. And, I repeat, I use them for less than 30 minutes and leave them in the charging case for approximately 24 hours between uses, sometimes 48 hours (given that I do cardio 5 days a week and don't wear them during the rest of my workout).
Lastly, they are comfortable in-ear, but I do find myself repositioning them every now and again to maintain the highest level of noise cancellation. This is minor, but still an annoyance given the price point and advertised descriptions of comfort/stability while wearing.
I HATE that I have to continually troubleshoot them in an attempt to circumvent the above-mentioned issues, but I just haven't found an all-around good ear bud and these are good in a few important ways. That said, even while cross-referencing Bose forums and the internet in general to find fixes for the mentioned issues, I haven't found any solutions that have worked to correct these issues. All told, I feel like I will return them... We'll see.
