It's good noise cancelling and sound but keep disconnecting from bose app.. wish add more codec.

Christmas gift

I bought this as a Christmas gift… recipient was so happy love the product. Set up couldn’t be easier. App was super easy to use although admittedly, this wasn’t my first time using a BOSE product through the app. Will definitely recommend/byproduct again.

Just not for me!

I am sure these are wonderful ear buds for most people, but I have such a small ear canal that even with the small heads I cannot keep them in my ears. I am sure I am an oddity . I bought them so I could watch TV when I am at my children’s homes so they would not have to turn up the volume higher so I could hear. They then could not get sound. I am returning them, but only because they didn’t serve my purpose.

Before you return the earbuds, I understand you found the ear tips too large to fit in your ear when trying them. They ear tips are meant to rest at the entrance to the ear canal, and not inside the ear canal. Our guide here https://bose.life/3U03fdF can help with getting the best fit.
