A little disappointed

I got these as a Christmas present. I’m a little disappointed. I love the fact they have a EQ. Noise cancellation works good but when you get in the car and close the door it’ll about blow your ear drums out and about every minute or so I’m call it surround sound turns on and off interrupting your jam session. It’s odd. Not sure if there are defective?

I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with the sound quality and noise cancelling performance, but sorry you are disappointed when you are using them in certain situation.
When you wear the earbuds and close your car door for example, the microphone located on the earbuds might pick up the sound and cause this interference.
