Bose Quality -ish

Bought 16 days ago (26 NOV). Pros: awesome sound, clarity with voices, rumbled bass, long-lasting battery life on both buds and case. Cons: Wireless case sold separately; have to pay close attention to the buds making connection with their charging contacts inside the case to recharge them. Otherwise, you’ll have buds at 70% charge, or less, even after a full day of “charge”.

Great sound quality

These ear buds have amazing big sound!! Once I worked out the bugs with making them fit in my ears they stay in very well it just takes a bit to make the proper adjustments. I give these 4 stars because the battery life is horrible. I'm a contractor and use these all day but these are only good for about 5 to 5 and a half hours depending on the volume. If they lasted 8 hours I would give them 5 and half stars!

I have owned Bose noise cancelling headphones for many years when I fly and these noise cancelling ear buds continue that great quality of Bose, great sound and I love the charging carrying case .

What? Can’t hear you!!

I absolutely love my Quiet Comfort ll earbuds. They are extremely comfortable and I am amazed at how well these earbuds cancell the noise. The sound is great, crips bass and clear trebles. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great earbud!!

Highly Disappointed

I’m very dissatisfied with my Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II. They glitch out frequently, they lose connectivity with my iPhone. Often the left and right earbuds’ audio isn’t in sync which makes music and podcasts have an echo effect. For higher end earbuds I was hoping for seamless operation yet this has not been the case. I’ve got the Bose App and Software is up to date, so I believe this is simply a poorly operating product. The sound quality is good, and they are comfortable when I can get them to work.
