Some challenges.

I bought these to replace older Bose buds but I’ve had all kinds of problems. Bose replaced them once. To start the case now has only 1 light and you have to memorize colors, blips etc while the originals has 5 lights on the case a no brained to see how much charge was left. Secondly they are weaker in “quiet mode”. The old buds must have a stronger signal; even in the case charging they’ll jump on to my phone taking over from new ones. Sometimes they charge sometimes not and unless case is open you can’t see on your phone how charged they are. Sound is good, I like that you can set mode and easily change it. I listen to them at night in bed - not that comfortable but I’m getting used to them. The old case would sit upright on its own. The new one is odd shaped you can’t set it down except one way if you want it open so you can check charge.

Case is easy to lose, has no location feature and customer service did very little to support a long time customer who has spent thousands of dollars on their products. Sound is pretty good, but done buying from this company out of principle.

Outstanding performance improvements

Bought to replace previous wired noise cancelling in ear buds from Bose , which worked well over many years . The improvement in noise cancelling is impressive , blocking even loud background noise . Equally impressive is the improvement in sound quality. Listening to familiar tracks , I now hear detail and depth previously unknown. So impressed , we bought two sets as Christmas gifts for our sons to replace their existing items from Beats and Apple
