it's very comfortable as usual and sounds pretty good, but they said call quality is not so great.

First initial purchase returned due to unit not syncing, unit exchanged for ultra. Works well, sounds are great but there is pain in the ears after half an hour of constant use. Unit will be exchanged for headphones instead.

Great earbuds

These earbuds are great and the noise cancelling is better than the quiet comfort ones before. They also fit better and stay in my ear better.
I do have two cons about them first one is they are not easy to get out of the case and sometimes hard to get back in as you have to get them lined up just right, second is the several steps you have to take to switch to a new device versus using the button on the older model.

If they fit better I’d be much happier.

I bought these Bose QC Earbuds II, approximately one month ago. I’ve switched out the various sized attachments in an effort to get the best fit and cancel out background sounds. So far, after trying every combination the provided extra pieces afford me, I’ve found the earbuds to be hit, or miss on staying securely fitted/attached to my ear. Bose sent a helpful video for a proper fit, which I followed, but have yet to master. I shake my head as the video suggests doing after inserting the earbuds in my ear. Sometimes they stay in my ear and sometimes the buds end up hitting the floor. This concerns me, when out for a walk, out of fear of losing them, should they pop out and not be immediately noticeable. When they stay sealed they sound amazing and definitely drown out surrounding noise. They tend to fall out when laying in bed listening to meditation practices.

Love these buds

I've been using these for about 3-4 weeks and I love them. The sound is natural and detailed - as a musician, I want to hear all the instruments in the mix and these do a great job of that. I use them every day when I work out (6 days a week) for about 1.5 hours and I went two weeks without having to charge the case. The fit is mostly good - I have to adjust them on occasion but they are pretty comfortable overall.

Noise cancellation works great

Admittedly I was skeptical. But got a set since it was on sale. Yes, the sound is amazing for earbuds. But for me the true test was during a flight. Once the airplane powered up for takeoff the earbuds noise canceling turned on and things became pretty quiet. About as good as a pair of earplugs. I watched a movie on my iPad and that was impressive. The sound quality coupled with the noise canceling made for a great experience. Unfortunately they can’t do much for the lousy airplane seats.
Minor complaints: I wish the charger case had a rougher texture. Almost lost it under the airplane seat because the smooth texture allowed it to pop out of my cold, dry hand. Also it doesn’t pair automatically with either my phone or iPad. I always have to push the pair button. Other than these I’m quite pleased.
