I've had these earbuds for a few months now, and man it was the best purchase I've made. Love the sound it makes when you take it out put them in your ears. The only thing is the case is a little weak. Just from having them in my pocket the top of it is already off center, so get a case to protect it.

I am loving the incredible sound, ease of use, and comfort of my earbuds. Bose does it again. The “quiet” and “aware” modes are just amazing. I’m able to carry out all my activities with ease because the earbuds fit beautifully in my ear.

My wife bought these for my birthday. I am very pleased with them. She found them discounted which was a plus. Comfort is great. Noise canceling is awesome. Sound quality is great. Very much enjoying these buds

mode problems

I cannot get modes to work and change as I want. My old Bose earbuds served me better until one filled itself with static.

Limited sound control

Sound is fine but I had asked if it was possible to use the equalizer on the phone app when connected to a laptop. I was told no problem but this isn’t true. Only one device can connect at a time and there is no app for the laptop. This was the reason I purchased them as I need that adjustability for business use. I will likely be sending them back as they have fallen short on this area

Thanks for your review. The Bose QuietComfort earbuds II does not support multipoint connectivity. Multipoint is a technology that allows wireless earbuds to maintain a connection to two devices at the same time. While the QuietComfort® Earbuds II can connect to and remember up to seven devices, they maintain connection to only one device at a time during use. To connect to a second device that has previously been paired with the earbuds, you may simply select the QuietComfort® Earbuds II on the second device’s Bluetooth settings menu, and the earbuds will disconnect from the first device and connect to the second.
