Not as easy to set up as previous Bose products

I bought it ahead of Black Friday and got a significant discount. I am not as happy as I was with my 5 years old Bose phones due to the changes I am having to fit into my right ear. Already tried many different combinations and it is still moving.

Thanks for your review. You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable, stable experience. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched (such as using a size small eartip with a #3 stability band). If you find that you need alternate sizes, minimal and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.

Product works great when I fixed the naming issues.
Keep loosing pairing until I made sure the name listed for product in app was same as name in phone settings on my
iPhone.

Cheap plastic case. Sound quality is good, but connectivity is poor and I’ve had to rest multiple times.

A key reason why this could be happening is you may be venturing too far away from the source device. Have three BOSE. Ear phones and two Bluetooth speakers.
Could items be shown to show how big/small items actually are. Also, explain the differences of each item, in a little better detail. Got a couple as gifts.

I am excessively disappointed with the product. I anticipated, based on product specs, that i could use the left ear as controller for the ear buds. I would not have given one star because my review would be NO stars
