BEST SOUND EVER!!!

Best sound I've ever heard. Like being in the studio with them. Insane volume, You can blow my brains out with these. Can't Hear anything else but music. Always use an Equalizer with every sound system I've ever worked with. No need with these, everything is perfect. Don't need any more adjustments.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago.. I woke construction and I wanted noise canceling headphones.. they work but there is a big issued that could make someone deaf. When noise cancelation is on and loud sound that isn't a low rumble, the headphones pick it up and blow it up in your ear. I use other headphones and none of them do that. It needs to be fixed cuz this can hurt your ears.

Hi. Thank you for posting. Excessively noisy environments such as airplanes taking off, concerts, emergency sirens, and construction zones (among others) can overwhelm the microphones used to monitor external frequencies (part of the ANC technology) causing the headphones to crackle or distort. This can also happen in Quiet and Aware mode. It is not advisable to use the earbuds as ear defenders and were not made to be as such. Poor sound quality can sometimes be attributed by poor fit of the buds. If you haven't already, please try changing the eartips to attain a better fit, then use the Bose Music app's fit check to ensure you've got them inserted correctly.
Correct insertion coupled with our world-class active equalization, you will result in a fantastic auditory experience. We all have different preferences, so should you wish to make any adjustments, the handy manual equalization option in the app, lets you fine tune bass, mid, and high frequencies to your liking with an incredibly easy to follow user interface!
