The noise cancelling function is AMAZING! But when working out today .. the music just didn't feel powerful and loud ... maybe it's settings I need to play with but the sound just didn't blow me away. My left ear didn't feel sealed (?) and the right didn't feel like there was sound coming out ... I owned the old style buds and loved them for 4 years ... maybe it's just me needing to get used to these ... and why do I have to download a whole new app for these earbuds? My old ones used a different old Bose app to manage them.

I bought these a few weeks ago and is my first Bose product I've ever bought. I must say that I do not regret purchasing these earbuds. Definition of quality. My only somewhat regret is just a few days after purchasing the QC-II the Ultra gets released.

Second set is as disappointing as the first...

This is my fourth Bose ANC product purchase and I'm very disappointed. I replaced Sony WF-1000XM3's with these and regret it. The Bose app is not helpful. Bose has replaced the earbuds once and I'm about to replace them a second time for the SAME issue...constantly disconnecting. I should have done more research before my purchase. A quick Google search yields TONS of results from people with the same issue. Bluetooth connection problems.
To make matters worse, they are not HD audio compatible but the Sony's were. If I'm being honest, I think Bose knows they have problem and that is why they released the new QC Ultra Earbuds. Why else would they launch a nearly identical product so quickly. From what I've read, this "new" product addresses most of the QC Earbud II's problems AND adds HD audio.
Hey Bose Customer Service Team...instead of replacing this second pair with another set that will have the same problem, can I pay the cost difference and upgrade to the new QC Ultra's? Kindly reach out...my Bose Reference number is: B000255653

After owning these bose earbuds, I would never buy another brand. I have tried Apple products I've tried Samsung's product and I've tried multiple different companies and nothing compares to the sound quality of Bose headphones. The Bose app is pretty useful as well.

Great sound & comfort, but app disconnects often

I have owned these earbuds for 12 days now. I love the fit and the active noise canceling, and the quality of the sound. I give the sound and ANC and comfort five stars. However, I have been having problems with the app. It disconnects often and at one point it took me a half an hour to get them to connect again. Just tonight the volume stopped working properly and it would not increase or decrease. The app did not work, but neither did my phone volume button. I'm a bit frustrated that high quality earbuds like Bose have such problems with the app and connection. I give the app only three stars, maybe even two at sometimes when I'm frustrated.
If I could ask for something to be added to the app, it would be the ability to turn off the ANC and save battery, and to have some form of white noise or waterfall sound that you could add through the app for times when you need to concentrate.

I have had these for almost a year and they are excellent for noise canceling, very comfortable (unless keeping them in for hours and hours) and usually connect seamlessly.
