Enjoyable experience with airbuds 2!

I'm from Vietnam, I bought it 1 month ago. I used to own an airpod pro and used it regularly. My experience is that the airpods are easier to use than the Bose Quiet Comfort Airbuds II. The soundproofing of airbuds 2 is better than airpod pro. The sound experience of Airbuds 2 is also better than that of airpod pro. For now I'm satisfied with it.

Great Sound but........

Excellent sound-when set perfectly in your ear. Fit is very finicky and seldom get more than a few minutes with a good fit. I've tries several sizes, and even ordered bigger to try-all to no avail. Ashamed can't enjoy the high quality sound. Phone reception also very poor-rarely does the person on the other end hear me clearly.

I gave two stars because they do make and receive calls, but the sound is very low to inaudible. The equalizer/boosters do almost nothing to help make them more usable as far as actually hearing voice commands and prompts. The sound on the receiving end is low and the background noises on the other end get amplified to the point that people say it is very loud and they can't hear what you're saying because of the noise. I would like to return these and will pursue doing so.

I’m not giving up yet!

I bought this two weeks ago and have difficulty obtaining a good seal. I’ve changed out the various parts and at times the test has indicated a seal has been made but at the next use a seal can not be achieved. In a recent long distant air flight I was not able to obtain a good seal.

Love the quality of the sound and the 4 noise canceling modes. Setup is easy and like the feature that does the fit test. Like the product information indicates, needed a different outer rings on each ear. Takes a while to get them placed right, but they stay in when fitted properly. Only issue was charging the left ear bud after a few months, tried everything but had trouble getting it to charge. Called customer service and they replaced it, no questions asked (other than making sure I followed their troubleshooting guide, available in the app). Bose is GREAT at helping you resolve problems and standing by their product.

Best sound ever … I’ve been a long time fan of Bose products , and I also have other products I bought and still enjoy enjoy with me !!! This QC II ear buds I’ve ordered really exceeded my expectations , and now I just can’t wait till I get a hold to the new QC Ultra ear buds that are about to hit the market 👍🏽 !!!
