Great ear buds for the price

Best sounding earbuds I've ever owned by far..I mow about 30 properties and these are great, they drown out the mower noise and I don't have to have them turned way up and they sound great!

Downgrade from the QuietComfort Earbuds I

I upgraded from the QuietComfort Earbuds I and after 5 days of use, I returned mine and hope to get a new one. It's been now 8 days since I shipped my QuietComfort II to Bose so that they can send me new ones, and they have asked that I wait 5 more days to call back if I don't hear from them. The issue with the QuietComfort II and why I have returned them for a new one? They don't do noise cancellation. None at all. You can toggle, reset, do absolutely everything in the settings, and it was not cancelling noise. They could be in quiet mode and I could hear conversations perfectly. I had the QuietComfort I so I know how these should work, and the ones I got did not work. I can't say that the replacements will work yet since they haven't arrived. So for now, 1 star. I also felt that the new design, while it's lighter, is flawed in many ways. I couldn't find an ear piece adjustment that worked, even if there are now 6. vs 3 in the previous version. They are lighter, but more hard plastic touches your ear vs the silicone, so they are more uncomfortable. I already paid for them, so guess I need to wait until my replacement. If those don't work, don't know.

This device only worked properly the first few times...now it doesn't work at all. Something with the bluetooth or it just came defective >:/

3 months and love them call quality could be a whole lot batter not always listening to music.... but when I am omg the quality is excellent can't wait to try the ultra next... guy this is not for truck drivers

I've tried all the other brands, all of them, these are by far the most comfortable, best sounding earbuds. They connect everytime and the battery is crazy long

Much smaller than the old ones and if you compare them to the Apple brand, there’s no comparison these shut out the outside sounds so much better and have such a better clarity

I had a problem with volume out of the right bud after 6 months. I worked troubleshooting with Bose and could not fix. They had me send in the buds and was replaced with brand new within 2 weeks. Great customer service.
