I've been using the same brand of earbuds for years. When I decided to switch to the Bose QuietComfort I was apprehensive. Wow. They have great sound and are comfortable. The options to create a good fit helped me with my small ear canals. I couldn't believe what I was missing. The features are easy to use and work well with music, phone calls, and videos.

Stutters

Most of the time it is great, but then it either stutters or completely stops for a few seconds. ☹️

I have had a chance to use these for a while and absolutely love them. The noise cancelling is crazy good! I like that you have some what of a EQ in the app although I would like to see a better one. However the sound quality is very good.

I purchased a couple of weeks ago and I am really disappointed with call quality. There is a constant scratching noise. Definitely a step back from my original Bose earbuds.

So annoying, won't stay connected

Bugged Fresh Out of the Box

I’d like to preface this review with the fact that I love Bose, and this is the first negative experience I’ve had with one of their products. That being said, I recently bought a pair of the new Bose QC Earbuds II, and they gave me trouble. Within the first hour of using them, the individual earbuds would be latent relative to each other and even at times completely loose audio. Not only that, but for some reason, the “active listening” feature or whatever it’s called was always on, and wouldn’t turn off even when I switched to a profile without the feature turned on. Upon discovering these problems, I returned the pair to the Target that I bought them from for a full refund, and bought a second pair from the same target. Unfortunately again, the second pair that I bought was giving me the same issues. I have since returned that pair as well, and I will be waiting some time before I purchase another pair as to rule out any chances of me purchasing a pair from a “bad shipment” or whatever the issue was with the pairs I bought.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you have experienced latency with your earbuds. If you have experienced this with multiple of the same earbuds, it is likely that this is due to interference. I would recommend making sure that your earbuds are at least 5ft away from any wireless devices. Whilst you cannot turn noise cancellation all the way off, you can create a custom profile and turn noise cancellation down to the lowest setting: https://bose.life/3ZF0gXe

Outstanding Earbuds!

FINALLY! I have a pair of earbuds that stay in my ears. I have purchased all of the major brands and have given them all away until now due to the fact that they all fall out of my ears even when sitting still. The sound is crystal clear, noise cancellation is excellent, and Bose quality is second to none. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Amazing New Design and Sound!

I bought my Quiet Comfort 2 a month ago & I absolutely love them! I really like the new sleek look & design, plus they fit much nicer in my ear. The sound quality is of course Amazing! I strongly recommend this product.
