I've had them for less than a week and the only regret I have is that I didn't get them sooner! They are absolutely awesome! Incredible sound quality, easy function features, comfortable to wear and the quite mode is the best I've ever heard!!!! Recommend them to everyone!!! Great job Bose!!!

I got these from my husband as a birthday gift and I LOVE them! Excellent in an office environment as well if you need some solid 'quiet' time to listen to music etc. while working. Very comfortable in the ears too!

Audio wizardry

They weren't joking when they said world's best noise cancel tech. Truly something else. The only thing I can think can be improved is when simply adjusting them in your ear it will sometimes register to change the track or raise volume when all you want to do is snug them in better. That's a little sensitive but my favorite thing is when you put them in it just seems like the whole world goes to mute and all that matters is you and your music

Disappointed

I was given these as a gift. I love the sound quality when listening to music and watching movies. However, I'm super duper disappointed and the quality of a phone conversation. The person on the other line can never hear when I'm saying. They say I sound like I'm in a tunnel. My mom always asks me if I'm in a bathroom. I sound like this when I'm talking in the car on my way to work or on my way home. I have to turn off my air conditioning so the person on the other line can hear what I'm saying. I live in Arizona and it's summer time. That's not going to work. Even with my air conditioning turned off, the conversation is not 100% clear. I looked in the settings to see if maybe I could fix it. I have had no luck. They were pricey. Too pricey to have a phone conversation not be successful. Really bummed out.

I have used a bunch of noise cancelling earbuds these are hands down the best even over the airpods pros. Plus they fit my ear perfectly.

Touch-and-Go

I like the functionality of controlling the volume on the device without going to my phone. However, the connection to the Bose Music app is touch-and-go; I expect more reliability from Bose, which is why I chose them over the Samsung Buds. Please improve this feature -- thank you!
