Quality of the product is great as expected

The product itself is of great quality as expected from a BOSE product. Unfortunately the ear tips that come with these ear buds do not stay in place, especially when I am working out and prespiring. The earbuds have a tendency to slip out at the most inconvenient times. This has caused me not to be able to use these ear buds as I intended.

Too high of expectations

I had heard how unbelievable and superior these quiet comfort earbuds were. I guess I had really high hopes. They are okay but a bit more clunky than my old pair of Samsung Galaxy buds and have a tendency to randomly drop from noise canceling to aware for no reason. Stuck with them now, I'll get used to them eventually. Thought these would be the best earbuds ever and tremendously disappointed.

If you haven't seen our message, we want to establish if you're in Aware mode when they randomly activate noise cancellation or the other way around. The dynamic noise cancellation of Aware Mode with ActiveSense™ technology allows you to hear your surroundings while reducing unwanted noise. Aware Mode with ActiveSense™ allows the earbuds to automatically turn on noise cancellation when sudden or loud noises occur near you, so you can maintain awareness without intermittent noise interrupting your audio. Once the noise stops, noise cancellation automatically turns off again.

If this is what is happening to you and you don't like it, you can disable this in the Bose Music app. If you're not experiencing this, then we wanted you to reset your earbuds to clear any minor processor errors that could be occurring - https://bose.life/3DopEYn.

Bose quite comfort

I was not happy as on the second day after purchasing it, I could not turn on and it was not connecting. Sent it back and having passed 3 days, I had to demand for a replacement. I’m afraid this product is going to cause me problems. The one year warranty is not helpful either.

Great sound.Hard to understand charging

I am impressed with quality and sound deadening a ility. However,charging is inconsistent. SONETINES one will charge and not the other. After leaving on charge a day or so it says80 % charge or low charge. Sometimes it says 100 percent charged.. I have not found clear charging directions.

To recap, we'd appreciate it if you could check the connectors on both the earbuds and in the case to see if there's any obvious damage, or even dirt/debris. Additionally, please ensure that the stability bands are correctly fitted. If they are not, this can cause an issue with the earbuds sitting correctly in the case which in turn will affect charging them.

Disappointing!

I bought the bose two weeks back and keeps on falling out my ears, tried all different fittings but still does not stay in.
