Very poor Bluetooth connection

Have used Bose for years. Speakers headphones aviation headsets and always liked quality clarity and sound. Bought these thinking there would be no issues. Was wrong. From day 1 it takes multiple pairing attempts to multiple devices to eventually get them synced and working. Soon as they go back in case or off, start the process all over. Very very disappointed

Surprising Level of Sound Canceling

I bought this recently and the sound cancelling is unmatched in an earbud. Music comes through fantastic. The only ding I would say is the mic on phone quality. I sound a little "tinny" on the other end. Maybe this is an issue for all earbuds on phone calls, but since this was why I bought them, I think I may not keep them.

The noise cancelling and the sound is great. BUT….
Why is there a random noisd when you do nkt listen to music and why is the qualitiy of phone calls that bad? It is the same bad microphone like on the NC in ear headphones first generation. I am unfortunately more than disapointed..

It's great to hear you were impressed by the noise-cancelling and sound quality of the earbuds. Noisefloor is why all speakers hiss when in use but nothing is playing. This is a normal occurrence and nothing to be concerned about.

Call quality can be affected by network signal and how far your earbuds are from the smartphone. It's best to stay close to the phone during calls if possible. For the microphone, if your callers are having difficulties hearing you, it could be related to how they are inserted into the ears. Great sound… 2 concerns

No complaints about sound quality. Concerned about using them outdoors in coastal areas. Not recommended by some reviews if exposed to body sweat….also concerned about no capability to link up Bluetooth without charging case. Not convenient unless you can tell me how to accomplish.

Great sound

Every time I put the on only one connects. I have to disconnect the other one and connect again to have both connected. I can’t adjust the volume.

I’ve bought this as an upgrade to the earquiet buds and I don’t like the lack of wireless charging and the material feels of less quality; however the noise cancellation seems to be better and the size is also a plus.

I brought this a month ago.sound is good.but there is no comfort. When you keep your ANC on it sucks your ear. Cannot wear it for long time
