Horrible battery life

Not happy at all they sit in the charger for one day and they are 20% down after taken off the charger they

Bose Earbuds

I bought these 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten to usem yet had to send them back the left one wouldn’t connect

Very Good with background noise

Bad bluetooth connection.

Within 2 months one ear bud stop working. Bluetooth setting stops working.. i have replaced 2 times.. and 3rd one also having same problem.. connecting with other devices also a hassle..

You can’t talk to anybody

Hi Steve,

Sorry to hear you've had issues during calls. The microphones on the earbuds use beam-forming technology to triangulate your voice when you make calls. If the person on the other end of the call is hearing more of the ambient sound rather than your voice, it's possible you are wearing the buds in a slightly incorrect orientation. I'm a pilot and I use the Bose headsets for flying, far in the way the best. The earbuds, of course don't operate at the same level, but they're well designed in my opinion superior to the competition which I've owned both Sony and Apple, and I like the simplicity, and more importantly as an older person, I like the noise reduction, still working when I talk on the phone with a noisy background.
