Great noise canceling and sound

Great noise canceling and sound. The headphones connection to iPhone is not the greatest. It occasionally looses connection to iPhone while playing. It is difficult to connect back again after

Great sound, constant connectivity issues.

The sound is unrivaled. Noise cancelling is amazing. Bass is incredible. Excellent overall sound. But Im almost always having a sub-optimal connectivity experience. The buds lose connection with each other, sometimes it sounds like the music is skipping like old CD's used to. Or one bud will pair with my phone, and the other wont. Or neither will pair with my phone and ill have to do a bluetooth reset. I understand that will happen every once and a while with bluetooth, but its almost every use that something is wrong with the connectivity. I've updated my iOS and made sure Im running the latest firmware. Frustrating user experience for the price point. Great sound.

Can make a room full of people go quiet

I bought the earbuds back in March, switched to a small bud size and size 1 ear rings. Fit perfectly, with total noise cancellation on I can turn a bus on a highway into a one person room after dark by closing my eyes. The noise cancellation compared to my old White Noise cancelling earbuds is night and day. Music and sound quality is great but I'm no expert on that side of things I just enjoy being able to listen to said things without outside noise interrupting them.
However, what I have noticed is that the rubber ear tips have a very easy propensity to tear from the solid plastic ring that goes onto the actual earbud speaker. If your buds feel uncomfortable not from pressure but almost a cutting sensation check for cracks as mine had the plastic ring actually shatter. Not sure if this is from bad handling my end or even wear and tear (I easily wear them 6-8 hours a day).
Great product though, definitely worth considering if you deal with noise issues and don't enjoy wearing headsets for long periods.

Super comfortable and intuitive touch features

So far I really enjoy these earbuds! I owned nearly each version of the Bose earbuds and these are a wonderful step forward in design, comfort and richness of sound.
The earbuds are light and hold a charge for a long time. I sometimes find myself forgetting I have them in my ears. I wish BOSE was not written on the side of them - for style and security reasons but otherwise these are great!

Amazing, but missed some simple things

The sound is amazing, what you ask for is clear and rich sound, what you don't want is gone. The quiet is oh so quiet. If you as, the birds in the trees also stop chirping. Your choice. And the very small size with very low weight means they don't want to fall out of your ears.
What device you listen to is awkward to change but doable. I hope then send us an update to make it easier soon.

Love Bose but….

Bose are the best headphones out there in my opinion. I purchase the noise canceling ear buds, sound and noise canceling amazing. I just could not get them to stay in my ear. Super frustrating and too expensive to lose!
