Not so loud

Got for a month and can’t even adjusted them correctly they fall easy. Noise cancellation not exist. My ear my volume I want it very loud

Nice sounding buds

They have great sound and features but like all I have tried just won’t give that loud rocking out volume. But I guess they don’t want to get sued by deaf people

The worst earbud for phone calls

Quiet mode is great, but it seems to only work for you when you are playing music or watching a video. When you make a phone call that is non existent, it picks up all the background noise and no one can hear you. These are Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II and there’s no updates or solutions?? I will be returning these earbuds.

Thanks for leaving your impressions of the QC Earbuds II. Quiet mode will be engaged when you are listening to music. When you initiate a call however, it is designed to cross over to aware mode to enable you to hear your voice clearly. This is called 'sidetone' and is purposely designed because it can become distracting not being able to hear your own voice when speaking. This will not have an impact on your caller's interpretation of your call, providing the buds are sitting correctly in your are and are pointing directly towards your mouth.

I was worried about these, but I have to say they’re very comfortable. The sound is great. You can cut out the outside noise or leave it on which is also great all around the great product.
