As with any BOSE the sound quality of these Earbuds is just amazing. I really enjoy the touch options. And am very impressed with the noise canceling. When in quiet mode, I place the buds in my ears and as they adjust, all room sound just goes silence. Good Job BOSE.

I bought these about a month ago the instructions were easy to follow to set up and they have been great. Only issue is the ear ring on the right side is already starting to tear and come apart or they would get a 5 star rating.

Wow! QC Earbuds II !!! Wow!

I’ve had the QC30 (discontinued 2018) for years and I thought they had great noise reduction. They are still functioning. …. But they have nothing on the QC-Earbuds II — the noise reduction on QC Earbuds II is PHENOMENAL!! The max setting virtually block all external noise. I love how you can set reduction levels for varying noise blocking based on the environment your are in, while allowing your music to come through with clarity. ALSO, the microphone sensitivity is awesome. It picks up your voice extremely well, even in a noisy environment.
I have no complaints. Bose has done it again. They lived up to its reputation!!

Stays put and clear audio!

My job requires me to be in virtual meetings most of the day. About 80% of that time I am speaking. My previous pair of earbuds would wiggle their way out of my ears in mid sentence (with the best fitting accessories). Imagine how irritated and ridiculous I looked having to shove them back in, on camera. Having met my limit and with my husband’s encouragement, I broke down and purchased the QCE II. I’m delighted to say they fit well with the adjustable bands and feel comfortable. I no longer have to adjust them in mid call and they don’t fall out. I’m absolutely pleased with my purchase and wish I had bought them much sooner! I look forward to wearing them in spring and summer while outside working in the garden.
