Big dissatisfaction and disappointment

My wife bought this ear buds for me as the Fathers Day present. I have enjoyed them for about a week, then the left one stopped working. We tried to do anything possible with help of the u tube, Google, Bose support, but it did not help… I returned these ear buds to the store.
My previous Bose earbuds had the same problem after working for about a year…Very bad and disappointing experience. I am not planning to buy the same brand anymore!!!

Could be better, could be worse

I can't do airp*ds, and I love my old Bose noise-cancelling earbuds so very much (sport version). These new version are okay, but they certainly don't fit as well as the old guys with the 'fins.' I'm using the smallest of both in-ear bud and collar, and they're better than airp*ds, yes, but nowhere near as secure a fit as my old Bose buds. Not secure enough to use while running or gardening, okay for walking. The 'tap' system is inconsistent in terms of sensing how many taps are applied.

Excellent Sound/Noise Cancelling, but with Quirks

I purchased these a few weeks ago. The sound quality and noise cancelling are amazing, plus they are comfortable to wear. However, there are a couple of quirks. Frequently the volume increases when I put the earbuds in after being in my case, which is quite annoying since I have sensitive hearing. I had to return another pair for doing this at a painful level, so it is a bug, not just my individual earbuds. The sound can also have inconsistencies while moving as the noise canceling tries to adjust to the outside environment. Overall, they are great for the sound quality, but with a few annoyances.

In case you haven't seen it, we wanted to check that the volume increases aren't being caused by possible accidental touches on the touch control area. Sometimes when moving hair or glasses, for example, this can trigger commands.

Additionally, it would be great to know if you tried the different size tips/stability bands. This could impact the sound.

Great Features.

This is a 2nd pair I bought. Awesome sound. One of the best earbuds specially the Active Noise Cancellation. Also it looks awesome and the battery life is great.

Good quality sound but…

I’ve had these for about 3 weeks and I’m pretty disappointed. The volume isn’t loud enough and always has connection issues when answering the phone or transitioning. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

Great sound but

The sound is of course great and if you are looking for noise cancellation, you have found it. The big deal for me is if you are only wearing one earbud then it keeps trying to turn noise cancellation on and it feels like my ears are popping from going up a mountain. I really like them but if you like wearing just one at a time like I do, it doesn’t really work.

We want to know if the noise cancellation automatically gets set to the highest level and if the noise-cancellation level does not stay the same from what was set when both earbuds were being used.
