Connectivity issues - no wireless charging

As always, sound quality, clarity, bass and noise cancellation is the best on Bose earbuds. However, this was such a pain to connect to other devices. Seems like I can only connect it to one. Love that you can now use one bud at a time BUT sometimes it loses connection. And when it does, it’s such a pain to reconnect. Wish that there was also wireless charging on the case like earbuds 1…. I’m giving 3/5….

My quiet comfort II.

I am very happy with the sound quality. But I had to replace the first pair due to the left bud stoped working. And this morning could not get music or games to play through them. Disconnected them and rebooted the phone. Then tried about an hour later and they are working fine. Oddly Siri work just fine.

You did the right thing by disconnecting them. Generally if there is an issue with connection, establishing a new pairing will help illeviate problems. Remember, make sure the buds are also fully updated.

I've been buying Bose products for over 30 years so I know the quality would be great. These earbuds fit nicely in my ears and the sound quality is way beyond what I was expecting, great bass and clear treble, can't go wrong with this set.

Constantly losing Bluetooth connection

Great Sound Quality but poor case

The sound quality is on Par with Bose, but the case that it comes in is subpar. It's often difficult to remove the Earbuds and ackward to put them back in. Im afraid to use them on a plane during a flight as I might drop one due to the difficulty removing them from the Case. I should have bought the Quiet Comfort Headsets instead.
