People on the other end of a phone call find the audio extremely poor

For the money they cost I’m not that satisfied… my first pair I had to send back within 3 months due to my earpubs not charging… they did send me a new pair which was a very fast process which I definitely appreciate…. But my headphones just disconnects on its own when connected to my iPhone and this happens often not happy with that but the features on the headphones “different modes” are cool tho

The QC Ear Buds II, exceeded my wildest expectations but did not surprise me. Having been a devoted BOSE fan for years, I knew that the product would be exceptional and, once again, BOSE did not disappoint me.

Noise reduction not great

Recently bought these as an "upgrade" to my Bose QC Earbuds. The noise cancellation feature is not as effective. The quiet mode of original QC Earbuds and new Airpod Pro 2nd gen. is far superior.

I am very impressed with noise reduction but the problem is they don't always connect, My new Ipad cannot stay connected and my phone is in and out. Not very happy about that,

I have tried all combinations of ear tips and stabilizers, but they still fall out. Just wondering, why did you eliminate the "stay hear" ear tip design? Seems like they still need it.
