Connection not that great

When I have it paired to my work phone and answer 8 times out of 10 it unconnects when I answer.

Unless something I don’t understand- I’ll return

Unless there’s something I don’t understand about keeping the buds in the case and retaining the battery, I’ll return them. Cz I don’t even use them, hoe come they are draining battery in a passive mode - just lying inside the case ?

Over time you may notice the battery depleting as the charging case will constantly keep the earbuds at 100%, however, this would only be noticeable if left for long period like a month or two. If you're finding this is happening rapidly, then this would need looking into. I'd recommend resetting your earbuds to clear any minor processor errors - https://bose.life/3Pl94Qe.

Read the Instructions!

Once, I re-reviewed the instructions and how they work (usually always used my left ear bud with other products) but this one is ruled by the right. Except I seem to have one smaller ear.....the comfort is good, except for that. Not the product's fault!

Sometimes the voice cancelation doesn’t work

I mostly use it to work out and like having it on quiet mode but I noticed sometimes I can still hear what’s going on around my background like the gyms music on their speakers and even the persons phone next to me, the first time I checked on my phone thinking I may have it on aware mode and nope I had it on “Quiet mode” It has happened a few times now a bit disappointed. Other than is a great product very stylish.

Bose quiet comfort earbuds ii

I purchased these earbuds for best in class noise cancelling and ended up disappointed. Noise cancellation was good, but the earbuds produced a constant low level of white noise. I was looking for a pair of earbuds which could also give me some peace and quiet, but these didn't deliver. Sharp sounds like a car door shutting are amplified and can hurt your ears.
The earbuds are glossy plastic and can be hard to take out of their charging case because it is hard to get a grip on them.
I ended up returning them.

Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that you have to return the earbuds. You have to check your settings in the app to make sure you are in "Quiet" mode not "Aware" mode. In "Aware" mode, external mics on the headset feed outside sounds into the headset and therefore can make other noises or the noise floor seem louder. Also, a slight hiss from your product is normal.
Any headphones designed with batteries and other active electronics may introduce a low-sounding hum or hiss when the power is turned on. Exceeded Expectations

When I initially paired my Bose QC earbuds, I was doing laundry and as soon as the noise canceling came on, I didn’t hear my dryer running anymore. I got up to check on it and it was still running. I couldn’t believe how effective the noise canceling system was. It was amazing.
