My ears must be weird. No matter what options for fit the buds keep falling out.

I bought a refurbished pair to replace my previous ear buds and I absolutely love these - the sound quality is amazing. I work in a busy office full of engineers and the noise cancellation is a life saver.

I returned this because the charging case was faulty. Sometimes it would charge the Left ear, Sometimes it wouldn't. Same with the right ear. Also, the shortcuts to noise canceling or/and music were confusing to figure out

It has been colse to a month of using the head phones almost daily.
Pros: quality sound, looks cool, convenient storage, charges quickly at this time
Cons: falls out while running or flexing ears, sweat and hair can stop the device, difficult to tap two/three times (inconsistent skip/rewind), warranty is not clear so I’m overly protective, would not bring on a skateboard/bike ride
Mostly used to help me study
